Precision Pneumatic Stamping Press
Precision Pneumatic Stamping Press combines cutting-edge pneumatic technology with robust engineering to deliver unmatched accuracy, speed, and reliability in industrial metal forming.

The pneumatic press, also commonly known as an air press, is a type of industrial machinery that utilizes compressed air as its power source to perform stamping operations. Based on the different methods of power transmission, Direct Air Pressure Drive,Inertia Transmission System.
The pneumatic press is based on the different methods of power transmission, such as direct air pressure drive and inertia transmission system.
Direct Air Pressure Drive:
Compressed air enters the air cylinder, directly driving the piston movement. This linear motion of the piston is then transferred to the connected slide (ram) and punch, causing them to move in a reciprocating up-and-down motion. This action allows the punch to stamp the workpiece placed on the lower die. By precisely adjusting the air pressure and controlling the air valve operation, it is possible to accurately regulate the stamping force, stamping speed, and stroke length. This method is particularly suitable for stamping applications that require flexible adjustment of the pressing force and stroke.
Inertia Transmission System:
The second type incorporates an inertia transmission system. Here, a pneumatic clutch is used to transfer the rotational inertia stored in the flywheel to the crankshaft connecting rod mechanism. This rigid transmission system, composed of the crankshaft and connecting rod, converts the rotary motion into the periodic linear motion of the slide (ram). This design ensures that the slide moves in a linear reciprocating motion with a fixed stroke, making it ideal for stamping processes that require a consistent stroke length.
